        Most users may not be familiar with this type of pump. The peristaltic pump, also known as the hose pump, is a new type of industrial pump that is a product of modern industrial development. It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals to transport media with high sensitivity, viscosity, strong corrosiveness, abrasiveness, high purity requirements, and certain particulate materials.

        The peristaltic pump system consists of three parts: the peristaltic pump driver, the peristaltic pump head, and the peristaltic pump tube.

1. Peristaltic Pump Tube Selection
- Conditions for selecting the peristaltic pump hose
- Provides a certain degree of elasticity, allowing the hose to quickly return to its shape when subjected to radial pressure.
- Has good wear resistance.
- Can withstand pressure.
- Is airtight (has good sealing properties).
- Has low adsorption, good temperature resistance, slow aging, no swelling, corrosion resistance, and low exudation.

2. Peristaltic Pump Head Selection
- Select single or multi-channel fluid transportation.
- Ease of replacing the hose.
- Ease of fixing the hose.
- Micro-adjustment of the compression gap through a ratchet or other methods to adapt to different wall thickness hoses or achieve fine pressure adjustment.
- Roller selection: a 6-roller structure has a slightly larger relative flow rate; a 10-roller structure has smaller fluctuations in fluid flow.
- Whether the trigger mechanism is flexible and the opening card is convenient.

3. Peristaltic Pump Driver Selection
- Whether flow control is required.
- Whether liquid distribution is needed.
- The range of flow rates.
- Whether the overall structure is reasonable and the operation is convenient.
- Whether the flow accuracy and liquid accuracy meet the requirements.
- Special requirements: protection class, explosion-proof rating, etc.
- External control requirements: equipment matching, operating methods, etc.
