sales@jihpump.com First. the flow: Customers determine their own limit flow (maximum and minimum) of pumped liquid, according to your needs to select the corresponding peristaltic pump, and determine the flow you need to consider the following factors:
1.The flow data of peristaltic pump are all measured in clear water, the medium will be different from the different flow; higher viscosity liquid, higher solid content of liquid; poor mobility of liquid, the poorer actual flow and marked flow.
2.the flow parameters are got in the condition that water under the test of micro-head and suction, if there is a larger suction, flow will decline, the head of the flow loss is small.
3.the required flow rate should be within the pump limit flow, and please consider the impact on the before two factors. In the actual selection, especially for peristaltic pump which needs long-term operation, we strongly recommend that the pump at low speed can meet the flow requirements (≤ 300rpm); long-term operation will reduce the pump life, and high-speed operation will make tubes soon wear out, which is very expensive.
Second.to determine what they need is a complete pump or OEM.
1.the so-called complete pump, with a complete function, access to power to run, and is a standardized product.
OEM products are generally processing products, or parts, customers need have the appropriate expertise to installed on their own equipment to achieve the unique features.
2.the complete pumps generally access to 220V / 50Hz (for civilian) or 380V / 50Hz power to run, without assembly and commissioning, in accordance with the instructions to operate the pump. The complete pump can usually adjust speed accurately, you have to select peristaltic pump according to flow, application function, housing material, protection level, pump head requirements and tube selection. For OEM, you need to consider more factors, such as price, flow rate, function, motor, tube, and power supply. We provide more power levels, generally divided into AC and DC powers. The AC is divided into single-phase civil application and three-phase power; The DC is generally divided into 6 / 12 / 24V, when DC motor access to the corresponding DC power, it can run (positive and negative only determine the motor steering direction and will not burn the motor); and stepper motor and brushless motor is very widely used in the peristaltic pump, and they must access to the appropriate drive to run. Ordinary DC motor can provide speed control board (in a narrow range of speed) to adjust speed; stepper motor can provide a wide range of drive control board, but need to note that the circuit board in general need to strictly in accordance with the requirements of positive and negative access. Once the positive and negative reverse, the circuit board may be burnt!
Three. Pump Head
Pump head is the key and core components, generally divided into quick loading, easy loading and spring type three mainstream pump heads; And quick type is generally used for OEM products, easy type for the complete pump
In a wide range of applications, spring type can be used in the OEM and the complete pump. Each pump head has its limit flow range, each pump head is only suitable for loading a series of one wall thickness of the tube.
Fourth. selecting the pump tube
Peristaltic pump tube is a professional tube, its size, material, resilience, hardness design very strictly meet technical requirements!
1. Selecting the pump tube material, in particular, highly corrosive liquid, customers should make a selection according to the nature of the liquid. The current market for the domestic tube or imported tube, in which domestic tube is made of silicone rubber silicone material, resisting to general chemical corrosion, however, special requirements of the tube still needs to rely on imported products. Imported tube has a lot of material to choose from. 2.the pump tubing life factor, the general domestic silicone life is usually ≥ 500 hours of life (300rpm, pumping water at room temperature), the import tube has a long life hose, its service life of up to 10,000 hours.
3.domestic silicone tube product quality is very different. Raw materials, processing technology, technical requirements and other factors will directly affect the life of the TUBE. Standardized use of pumps, great quality of the pump head, the pumped liquid are very critical.
