MN2 mini peristaltic pump

The MN2 peristaltic pump is a product that integrates the accumulated experience of the JieHeng team in peristaltic pump research and development over the past decade. It utilizes new technologies such as 3D modeling, 3D printing, and digital model verification of finished products, which allows the final product to closely match the ideal design state. The product has a high precision of up to 0.5% in fluid transport, and the pump head offers three color options for selection. The appearance is compact and aesthetically pleasing. The product is available with CE and RoHS certifications.

The MN2 peristaltic pump can accommodate hoses with a wall thickness of up to 1.6mm, an inner diameter of 4.8mm, and can generate a negative pressure of up to 8 meters of water column. The discharge pressure can reach 0.15MPa, and the flow rate can achieve 137ml/min. The MN2 is highly user-friendly, featuring a built-in tapered conical connector at the inlet and outlet of the pump head, and a quick-rotation clamping structure for fast replacement and assembly of hoses.

The power section of the MN2 can be matched with DC gear motors, DC planetary motors, and stepper motors, meeting diverse needs for constant speed and variable speed control. The pump base features easy-to-fix mounting holes that can be securely attached to the panels of instruments and equipment. Additionally, an optional "rubber grommet foot pad" installation method is available, allowing for isolated installation of the pump from the equipment to shield the motor's vibrations.
