        Jieheng peristaltic pump and hose pump are applied in the production process of magnesium oxychloride cement.

        Some descriptions about magnesium oxychloride cement:

1. Mixed magnesium oxychloride cement has high viscosity, similar to that of plaster. It has a high solid content but a low specific gravity.
2. Magnesium oxychloride cement contains high levels of salt chloride ions, which can cause rapid corrosion to ordinary screw pumps and cement conveying pumps.
3. Due to its low specific gravity, magnesium oxychloride cement can cause intermittent conveying and uneven metering when using ordinary screw pumps in the conveying process.
4. Magnesium oxychloride cement has the advantages of fast setting, high strength, small shrinkage, good wear resistance, moderate resistance to alkali, organic solvents, common salts, and sulfides.
5. Magnesium oxychloride cement products are mainly used in lightweight roofing materials, firewall materials, workshop floor materials, and interior decorative materials.


        A customer encountered the following problems during the production of magnesium oxychloride cement board products:

1. Using screw pumps to convey prepared magnesium oxychloride cement slurry caused damage to ordinary cement pumps and screw pumps due to high salt chloride ions.
2. Due to the low specific gravity of magnesium oxychloride cement, the cement near the screw was scooped out during conveying, forming cavities. The upper cement material did not continue to flow downwards, resulting in frequent output failures of the screw pump, causing construction difficulties.


        The customer urgently needs to solve the following problems:

1. Conveying high-concentration and viscous magnesium oxychloride cement slurry and requiring stable operation over a long period of time.
2. Accurately measuring and conveying high-concentration magnesium oxychloride cement slurry.
3. Solving the corrosion problem of magnesium oxychloride cement slurry on ordinary pumps.
4. Handling the high temperature of around 80 degrees Celsius generated during the pre-setting and batching processes of magnesium oxychloride cement.


        The customer later found us and through testing and comparison, it was discovered that JIH hose pump can effectively address the issues encountered in the production process of magnesium oxychloride cement.
