On January 18, 2018, Jieheng Peristaltic Pump Company launched an 803Z matching peristaltic pump. Product features are as follows:
■ A new type of multi-purpose peristaltic pump, combined modular design can be used for U-shaped, L-shaped, linear tubes.
■ The unique adjustable pressing tube clearance mechanism can adapt to the fluctuation of the pump tube wall thickness and adjust the discharge pressure.
■ The rotary opening and closing handle and the sliding pressing tube structure design enable the tube to be easily assembled and disassembled.
■ It can be installed with a 3.3mm wall thickness tube for easy delivery of large flow viscous liquids.
■ Can adapt to a variety of drive motors such as ordinary DC, DC planetary motors.
■ The pump body base is designed with mounting holes, and the joints on both sides can be selected according to the customer's piping requirements.
The 803Z peristaltic pump can be widely used in various fluid transportation applications such as water quality sampling instruments, fructose machines, beverage dispensers, soda machines, coffee machines, ice cream makers, and more. The development of the 803Z peristaltic pump is based on the independent research and development platform of JieHeng Company. The key technology of JieHeng's independent research and development platform lies in the continuous iteration and innovation of the JieHeng technical team over the past decade, during which they have accumulated a large number of problems and solutions encountered in peristaltic pump applications. These problem-solving methods and control parameters have formed a standardized work process list of JieHeng to guide the key points in their development process.
During the design, development, and verification processes, we have applied various technical means such as 3D modeling, 3D printing molding technology, image projection testing technology, high and low temperature testing, and continuous aging testing. Starting from market demands and combining with the segmentation of the peristaltic pump product line, we are able to achieve the structural and exterior design of the product in a short period of time. Through 3D printing and CNC machining center rapid prototyping, samples can be manufactured quickly. After subjecting the samples to accelerated aging testing for a period of 1 to 2 months, the functionality and performance of the product can be verified. Therefore, it only takes 2 to 3 months for product demand to be realized in mass production.
