With the development of social economy, environmental problems are becoming more and more prominent, and air pollution problems are becoming more and more serious. The flue gas online detection and analysis instrument can monitor the concentration and total emission of gaseous pollutants and particulate matter such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides emitted by air pollution sources. The temperature and humidity in the flue gas emitted by air pollution sources are relatively high. In order to ensure the accuracy of the data, the water vapor in the flue gas is removed during the analysis process, and then the harmful gas data in the flue gas is detected. After the sample gas enters the analyzer, it is necessary to first separate the water vapor in the sample gas through the dehumidification system and then discharge the condensed water, so that the sample gas entering the analyzer component is dry gas to meet the sampling requirements of the analyzer. The dehumidification system of the flue gas analyzer is generally composed of a condenser, a peristaltic pump and a control component. The peristaltic pump is mainly used for the discharge of condensed water in the flue gas analyzer. The discharge of condensed water requires good sealing to prevent outside air from entering the condenser through the drainage system and affecting the accuracy of the data. Peristaltic pumps have good air tightness to prevent external gas from entering. The transported liquid only passes through the inside of the hose. Both the pump and the liquid can be kept clean without mutual contamination. They have good self-priming function and can transport viscous liquids, liquids containing fibers and solid particles.

In the field of flue gas analysis, peristaltic pumps play an important role. In coal-fired thermal power plants and industrial waste gas emission monitoring, they are used to sample and analyze the concentration of pollutants such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, smoke, carbon monoxide, and hydrogen chloride in flue gas to ensure that pollutant gas emissions meet environmental protection requirements and provide support for the formulation and implementation of environmental protection measures.
