Application of Jieheng Hose Pump in Wet Spraying Machine and Concrete Wet Spraying Machine
Hose pump is mainly used to add accelerator in wet spraying machine and concrete wet spraying machine. Hose pump can accurately control the flow rate of accelerator to ensure the stability and reliability of the amount of accelerator added; the hose pump can accurately adjust the flow rate when conveying accelerator and is proportional to the speed of wet spraying machine. The discharge pressure of hose pump can reach 1MPa and is very stable; the only vulnerable part of hose pump is extrusion hose, which requires very little maintenance.
Concrete wet spraying machine and wet spraying machine are anchor spraying support machines with good comprehensive performance in reducing construction dust, reducing rebound, saving materials, etc. at home and abroad. At present, it is widely used in mines, culverts, construction foundation pit support, river slope protection and other projects.
The difference between wet spraying machine and dry spraying machine:
In principle, dry spraying is to put the mixed material (without water) into the spraying machine after mixing, add water at the nozzle, and then spray it out under the action of wind pressure; wet spraying is to put the mixed material (with water) into the spraying machine after mixing, accelerate the setting agent at the nozzle, and then spray it out under the action of wind pressure.
The purpose of concrete wet spraying machineThe purpose of concrete wet spraying machine:
1. It greatly reduces the dust concentration beside the machine and outside the nozzle, eliminating the harm to the health of workers.
2. The operating efficiency of the pump-type wet spraying machine can reach 10m3/h, which greatly improves the construction efficiency.
3. Low rebound. The rebound rate can be reduced to less than 10% when using a pump-type wet spraying machine for wet spraying.
4. During wet spraying, since the water-cement ratio is easy to control and the degree of concrete hydration is high, the quality of the sprayed concrete can be greatly improved and the homogeneity of the concrete can be improved.
In order to make the sprayed concrete solidify quickly in the wet spraying machine, it is necessary to add the accelerator in a certain proportion and continuously when spraying the concrete. The pumps used in the wet spraying machine and concrete wet spraying machine have the following problems:
1. The amount of accelerator added is sometimes large and sometimes small, and the flow rate is not accurate.
2. The discharge pressure of the accelerator is unstable.
3. The pump used for adding is easy to damage and inconvenient to maintain.
4. The pump for adding accelerator is not easy to accurately adjust the flow rate, and its speed is not easy to form a proportional relationship with the wet spraying machine.

11. The pumped fluid is proportional to the speed, can be accurately measured, and the flow rate has good reproducibility.
