Jieheng Peristaltic Pump Company Launches 353K Peristaltic Pump

Jieheng Peristaltic Pump Co., Ltd. has announced the launch of their new high-capacity peristaltic pump in early August. This product marks the end of the market’s lack of peristaltic pumps with a capacity of 5L or above. The pump is designed to be compatible with both DC gear motors and 57-type stepping motors, allowing customers to customize their own high-torque output power solutions.

It took engineers at Jieheng approximately 12 months from designing the prototype to bringing it to market after extensive testing and verification. This lengthy development process was necessary to ensure the reliability and stability of the product.

To achieve higher reliability, more stable performance, and better value for money, Jieheng’s research and development team conducted hundreds of tests and carried out several months of aging tests. They also tested various materials before selecting the optimal ones for the product’s construction. The 353K peristaltic pump is currently available in standard configuration with a square DC gear motor, capable of reaching a speed of 166Rrpm. It can also be equipped with a planetary DC gear motor, which can reach a speed of 300rpm. Additionally, the pump can be designed to accommodate a 57-type stepper motor, which can be provided by the customer. The product features are as follows:

■ Introduced by JieHeng Company in 2013, this large-capacity peristaltic pump has a compact structure and a flow rate of up to 5900ml/min.

■ It can be equipped with 3.3mm thick hoses with an inner diameter of up to 12.7mm, and quick-connect couplings enable fast installation and disconnection of tubes and pipes.

■ It employs sophisticated molding technology and perfect industrial design concepts, allowing for tool-free removal and replacement of the pump cover and convenient replacement of hoses.

■ It uses reinforced functional plastics and high-performance plastic wheel sets, offering excellent corrosion resistance.

■ It can be equipped with constant-speed ordinary DC gear motors, DC planetary reduction motors (with adjustable flow rate), and optional DC speed controllers for adjusting the flow rate.

■ With its new design, it is suitable for various process applications and environments. The pump head is waterproof, dustproof, and easy to clean without dead corners.
