Furthermore, the system monitors the pump’s operational status in real time. If abnormalities such as clogged tubing or motor overload are detected, it will immediately trigger an alarm and shut down the pump to protect the whole machine.

Coordination with Soup Outlet
The discharge port of the peristaltic pump is linked to the soup outlet of the dispenser through pipelines. The outlet structure is engineered to deliver smooth, even soup flow while eliminating dripping and splashing.
During equipment development, engineers optimize and match pump parameters with the pipe diameter and shape of the soup outlet.
