JL-300S/483K industrial peristaltic pump features a high-precision CNC-processed aluminum alloy body, complemented by a stainless steel tower connector and a 304 stainless steel roller assembly for enhanced durability and stability. Its unique hinge-type adaptive spring clamp mechanism allows for both automatic and manual adjustments, making it ideal for transporting viscous and particulate fluids.
With a maximum single-head flow rate of 36 L/min and the capability to double the flow when using two pump heads in series, it meets higher flow demands. The low-noise AC gear reduction motor with an AC reversing switch facilitates easy directional changes and start-stop operations. Additionally, this pump can be equipped with a frequency converter for speed and flow regulation, enabling online control with PLCs, industrial computers, and computers, catering to various industrial applications.
